If you don’t have enough time in the morning

Here within the nomel community, we’re all about female empowerment and sharing the love– and part of that includes letting our readers in on the beauty hacks that can actually save us 5 minutes from our hectic schedules, little changes that can make our daily routines that tiny bit easier. After all, us women have it hard enough already, and it just feels so good to help a fellow sister out, you know? So read on ‘cause you just might find something helpful for the next time you’re having a rough morning….

Change pillowcases regularly

Sleep on one side of the pillow, then change sides the next night. Dirty pillowcases can cause some serious breakouts and rashes, so always make sure your clean skin is on a fresh pillow.

Start brushing your hair with a wet brush in the shower

Not only will it help distribute the conditioner and remove knots, but it saves time and prevents hair from getting less tangled, even after blow-dry.

Replace your shaving cream with conditioner

If you shave, replace your shaving cream with conditioner: It allows for an incredibly smooth shave and adds hydration. It’s also one less product to buy and clutter your shower.

Dab excess eye cream around your mouth

After applying eye cream, use some excess product and dab around the mouth area to help minimize fine lines and plump up your lips. The entire mouth area is often overlooked, and a little TLC can go a long way.

Dip an eyeliner brush into waterproof mascara

For liquid liner that really lasts, dip an eyeliner brush into waterproof mascara and draw a line directly onto your upper lash line.

Make your hair appear thicker by applying dry shampoo and dust some eyeshadow

If you don’t have enough time in the morning for a shower, apply some dry shampoo and dust some eyeshadow (in the same shade as your hair) along your part to color your scalp slightly, making your hair appear thicker. Not only does it work IRL, but in pictures your hair will appear super-thick.
